Excellent hotel staff, ample customer service and a humbling experience. Though I would have loved room cleaning room service more often, however, it's quite understandable considering the fact that it is always not possible to attend every room, every day.

Absolutely disappointed by the experience. I was initially provided a room which was dirty. Bedsheets and pillow covers were used and dirty. I told the reception about it and they changed my room. But it was worse. No towels or soaps provided. Bedsheets dirty. Taps not working properly. TV remote not working properly and channels also limited. No details about Wifi. Room landline was not working and nobody attended even after complaining about it. AC remote does not work. Absolutely horrendous. I do not recommend this place at all

Great place in the centre of the city. Very cozy rooms and room setup. They offer an exceptional service. Highly recommend to stay here.

The staffs are soo friendly, the room service centre and cleanliness is excellent and moreover it's a perfect value for money stay
