Horrible Experience – Avoid This Hotel at All Costs! I *strongly discourage* anyone from staying at this hotel. The management is beyond terrible, and the conditions are appalling. The only saving grace was the receptionist who went out of his way to help me retrieve my Aadhar card in the middle of the night, but that was due to his individual kindness, not because of any help from the hotel administration. I checked in at midnight, exhausted from a long journey, only to be shown a room that wasn't even ready. They shuffled me to another room, and I was too tired to argue further since I had a flight to catch at 5:00 am. However, what I found in the room was nothing short of disgusting. The room was *just used*. It was *filthy*. The trash can hadn’t been emptied, the bathroom was in a horrendous state—it was so bad that I felt nauseous. Water wasn’t coming from the tap, no towels or even basic hand soap were provided. The floor was dirty, the bedsheets were clearly used, and something was spilled or even vomited on the sofa, which was still wet when I arrived. To top it all off, the bathroom light wasn’t even working. I was completely appalled by the hotel’s management and the absolute disregard for basic hygiene and cleanliness. To make matters worse, Booking.com has *completely inaccurate information* about the hotel's distance from the airport, which only adds to the overall feeling of being misled. This hotel is an absolute disgrace, and I am shocked that Booking.com would give it any kind of positive rating. It needs to be reevaluated immediately. I can provide photos to show just how awful the conditions were. Do yourself a favor—*do not stay here*.
