Overall it was good. Cleanliness was good.

Eventhough my checkin time was 12:00 PM, I checkin at 03:00 PM. During that I had to wait for 30 minutes for cleaning. I didn't receive a bath towel. I don't ask the staff for it as I had my own towel that I take from my home. And when I was going back to my home, they called me and ask for the towel. They should have a checklist for the things that to give to a customer before giving the key to the customer. I paid 5902 for the Suite Room. But I didn't feel it worth for the money.

Location is good

I had booked a executive room with king size bed , but I was given twin separate beds for me and my wife. The manager didn't give me kingsize bed even though the neighbouring room was empty. His answer was all rooms are booked. I had even paid advance payment so that I get a good room but I was cheated and my wife was disappointed 😞

The location of the property is very good . Close from the station and very close to major sightseeing spots of the city. They have an Italian restaurant in the property which does some tasty pizzas giving it a nice Indian twist.

Housekeeping items like clean rooms, towels could have been better . They had an entire day to fix a non working AC situation ; instead they called a technician at 8 pm in the night resulting in a room change and all of this hassle for one night stay. We had to escalate to get cleaner looking towels . The towels initially provided we could not distinguish if they were washed or unwashed. Lot of miscommunication between housekeeping staff and the manager.

Hotel staff don't receive calls. Wait time at the front desk on reaching is lengthy just before check-in. No staff that helps you with your luggage to and from the room. Had opted for an extra bed but there wasn't any arrangement made prior us reaching, for the same. No parking in front of the hotel for clients that check-in.

Food is great

I paid 2800 on 30th April morning 10am to extend my stay until 2nd of April, which means checkout is on 2nd of April until 11am....but 1st of April at 3.30 pm onwards reception staff started calling me and force me to check - out on the same day.... I explain them that I already have paid to extend my stay, but again I got few more calls and saying another guest is waiting to check-in because I didn't check-out.... I was in the middle of a city tour and I feel disappointed of receiving many calls from the reception staffs
