Pleasant stay on weekend, reception was fast and hassle free, rooms clean and well maintained , FnB was fantastic Management needs to be a little polite to operational staff anyways very welcoming atmosphere from the staff, security needs to be seated sometimes not upright always

Recently, my partner and I stayed at Ginger near Mumbai Airport. The rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, and we really enjoyed the food as well. We had come to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary, so overall it was a memorable stay. However, there were a few service issues that I feel should be highlighted. The service was quite slow — I had to keep reminding the operator team about our requests, and after waiting around 45 minutes, we were finally told that certain items weren’t available. I completely understand that such situations can happen, but it would be much better if guests are informed upfront or updated as soon as the team realizes something is unavailable, instead of making them follow up. Additionally, during check-out, we faced an issue with our bill, which was eventually resolved. But I felt ignored by the front desk associate (Mithili/Maithali). My husband and I were both at the counter, and even though we were one family, she kept responding only to him and did not acknowledge what I was saying. As a hotelier myself, I understand that operational challenges happen, but acknowledging all guests present is basic courtesy. Apart from these concerns, we genuinely liked the property and the food, and overall it was a fairly good experience.

It was a comfortable experience. Rooms are very cozy. Mr Dutta , mr saqlain & mr Shubham are a good housekeeping team. Our requirements were met. Will be visiting again. Chef Sneha , chef mr rikeshkesh , the food was amazing .

Seemless checkin, excellent food really, checked in on the 10 of November, and checkout on the 22nd, my overall experience was perfect. Clean rooms and staff. Mr. Onil and Saqlin especially were spot on

We had stayed in Ginger hotel . My room no 105 - I had a pleasant stay . My room was clean daily by Mr kishor. He was too good in his work. Well maintained room ; clean washroom! Even like 👍 to thanks Mr saqlain for asking me about my stay ! It was like home ! Good service thanks to Shubham , bharat & sandesh ! I was here for 15 nights . We checkin evening. Overall good experience. Highly recommend.

Great hotel with good vibes and energy. Clean and quiet in the room. Good breakfast experience, the service of the staff is friendly and helpful.

Cleaning is great and the staff are welcoming and helpful. Close proximity to the airport and quite a busy hotel. Thanks to housekeeper Mr Prabhakar ,Kishor, Saqlain, Shubham. For their work. The food is also good if you are a fan of Indian cuisine. Thanks to Chef Sneha, and Rishikesh
