"Fabulous service of housekeeping"

I had a pleasant stay , at Taj ginger Mumbai. I’m currently staying in room no 217. My overall room experience is too good. I m her for 5 nights, my experience was too good. Housekeeping services is too good . My room was clean by mr Dilip , ms saima , mr saqlain & mr Shubham they were taking good care of my stay . Saqlain help me for my laundry too , as well as he was asking me daily about my stay . Highly recommend.

"Very good experience"

Stayed during our family Vacation to Mumbai. Ginger hotel was really nice to stay for us. Neat and clean rooms. Kids were enjoying their food a lot. Room service was also very quick and floor manager was very cooperative. Thank you to their staffs saqlain , Vijay , Saima & Sandesh they all were very polite, cooperative and helpful during our visit. Surely going to visit this place again for our next visit to Mumbai.

"Average experience, not value for money"

Ginger Hotel is located near T1 terminal of CSMA Mumbai Airport. There are no proper signages to access the main entrance. Experience was ok and while they claim it to be budget no frills hotel even then it's not value for money. Amount is being charged more for location & with 20-30% more amount a much better service and infra option can be considered. Rooms are very small and bathrooms are cramped. Basic items such as slippers,Footmat, napkins etc are not available. Staff is not very courteous though service is good but can be faster. Inroom dining Food is relatively expensive, taste is good and portion size is decent Overall an Average experience.
