Cockroach in the roam. Fully dark room, no lights, pipes leaking. No one attended timely.

Location is very good, bang on NH. Service during stay was really very good.

Gym is not at all in working condition, machines are inoperative and in filthy stage. Main gate of property get opened after 7:00 AM so I faced difficulty while going for my morning walk.
