Location was fine . Breakfast was ok , spread was less .

Hotel was overpriced as per the facilities provided. Bathroom was not at all clean and also hot water was not coming in our room. We stayed for two nights and had booked 2 rooms. 2nd night we were made to change our room as no water was coming in bathroom.

Friendly staff Good parking space. Decent but tiny rooms.

Stayed at this place this month for 3 days and two nights. I am from siliguri as that’s why you can think of me as a half local only. Before anyone comments terms review is as fake - let me tell you I stayed in room 209 , on dates - 20/21/22 this month. My experience was kind of average. I am compiling my suggestions for any individual who’s thinking about booking this place. Here’s a list of this things I think can be improved - 1. First and foremost -If you are planning to stay here be prepared to get no room service after 9pm. Found their room service very average. It was a 3 on 10. The sole reason for this is the receptionists at the main counter who hardly receive the phone landline after 9pm. We had an urgent situation which needed help but to our surprise after 4-5 continuous calls at the reception , no one picked up. Informed the same to them the next day and they had no answer. Really bummed by this. 2. Secondly , I didn’t know that this building is half residence ( of the owner) and the rest is hotel. So many a time i came across actual residence people on the hotel elevator. 3. Thirdly , the room was way way tiny than I expected. The little balcony thing they have is so small that you can’t even stand there with both your legs. It super crammed space. Not complaining but informing before any of you guys book. 4. My room wardrobe was in poor condition and its doors were not completely closing which led to the wardrobe light to scatter out in the room during night , which hindrance in sleeping. 5. Also , they only provide two pillows per room and 2 cushion. ( in my experience , 4 pillows on each bed is the norm. ) and expecting a reputed brand like - WYNDHAM to cut down on it seems weird. But the bed was comfortable. 6. They parking space is huge in terms of average parking in Gangtok.
