STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL

I had the most horrible experience with this hotel. My reservation was canceled even when the payment has been made in advance. It’s impossible to get through to somebody to assist you. When I stayed, I was assigned at the 3rd floor. Above it is Baramasi Club where parties happen all night. It was impossible to get a decent sleep because of the loud noise. You can literally hear chairs and tables being dragged all night. Also this looks nothing like the pictures. It’s an old building with run-down facility. As soon as you enter the lobby and the room, you can already smell that foul, “moldy” smell. The curtains looked like they haven’t been changed for ages. Save yourself the hassle and stay somewhere else!!!

Location and roof top restaurant , quality and taste of food

The staff was not very friendly, Room service was very slow. Towels were not changed on Day 2 My friend who came to see me , Bouncers /guards dint treat him well. he was not allowed to park hi vehicle . Staff was rude.

I booked the room with king size bed and it was confirmed. But when I reached hotel with my toddler and infant I was given different room with twin bed only. This was so terrible experience and I have to sleep on mattresses and it spoiled my family vacation. I really hate when booking was confirmed and in hotel something else was given with no other choice.
