Worst place ever

Everything about this place is bad

The room was very clean and spacious. Staff were very warm and welcoming and also they were courteous to let me do an early checkin. The rooftop bar was the highlight of the stay, with great service and food, and live music.

My stay at hotel was terrible. Please see below points: 1. I arrived early around half hr before but they didn't give as room and instead they gave room half hr late by 12:30. We were tired from long travel of 300km with kid but they made us wait at reception for 1 hr until 12.30pm 2. They didn't explain anything to us while giving room. We had to call them again and again for tv, water. 3. Room was not clean and unhygienic. I have attached video of cockroach inside washroom. 4. Most worst thing was loud music sound in our room. They had bar on top and had music from 8pm-12 am and we couldn't sleep until 12 am. Theere was very heavy bass and our room was literally vibrating. We were tired from long travel and Jaipur visit and made complaint many times but they said they will ask them to lower music and no use. We had to wait music to get over by 12 am and after that we slept. Horror experience. 5. Next day morning they bribed us by giving additional things in breakfast like omlette muffin but that will not compensate trauma we had in night. 6. They changed our room but still we could hear DJ music from bar but at less volume. 7. Finally no hot water for bath. We didn't take bath due to cold water. I complaint reception and they said they will check but never called me back. I told them I didn't bath due to cold water but they said hot water coming. They don't even send any person to fix issue. 8. In my first room bathroom ight was flickering continuously and I complaint but they never sent anyone. This hotel is not for family. Treebo people knew about this bar and music DJ there but they never made us aware otherwise we never would have booked this hotel. It was not less amount around 9k for 2 days stay but hotel service was worst than one star hotel. I also enquired about facilities mentioned in booking.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

I booked a free cancellation rooms with pay at property option suddenly, the hotel keep sending me that we are in high demand and I need to pay 50% after 1 day they cancelled my reservation
