"Pleasant"

The staff were good and very helpful. The coffee shop on the ground floor is nice. The restaurant on the top floor is also good. They also arranged for the day tour which was also operated by JAI club ( it was a good tour) . Hadn't it been for the staff we would have changed the hotel on the second day.

They should focus on basic cleanliness( pillows were very dirty). Breakfast was below average.

Pathetic condition of this hotel

Extremely bad room conditions...bed sheets not changed for months...smell from toilet ...it was literally hell

Staff was super nice

Water doesn’t work well, we had difficulties flushing the toilet. Breakfast is served in the room, and it is not very good, we went to the coffee shop downstairs on the second morning which was really nice. The bedsheets had a lot of stains didn’t seem very clean

"Good stay in Jaipur"

The things I liked about the property: 1. The Location of the property was good. Not too far from the Hawa mahal and markets. 2. The breakfast was nice. The menu was decent and the food was great. 3. The staff was very helpful. 4. The size of the rooms was pretty good. 5. Ample parking space.

Overall things were not bad. A few things which could be improved were: 1. The electric kettle was faulty, could have been checked while assigning room. 2. Some of the lights could not be switched off at night 3. The door locks took a lot of tries to unlock.

"Nice place, i have seen better."

The location of the hotel is good. There is a coffee shop in the hotel that is very good, expensive prices but good coffee. The room is big and nice.

The breakfast is served to the room but there is no plce to set or eat in the room, no menu for the food, so instead they told us to seat in the coffee shop but the coffee is not included 🤔 Very disappointing. The coffee shop is very expensive.
