Dear Team, Greetings. This is to bring to your attention—yet again—that we are still awaiting the extras invoice, despite multiple follow-ups over the last 10–15 days. Frankly, this continued silence from your end is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your brand’s commitment to customer service. We have also attempted to reach your team numerous times via phone, but no one has been available or willing to assist. For a hotel chain that promotes itself as a reputable brand, this kind of negligence and lack of accountability is highly disappointing and unprofessional. We made a payment of INR 5,000/- towards extras. If the guest has used any extra services, then share the detailed invoice immediately. If no services were used, then initiate the refund without any further delay. This is our final reminder before we consider escalating the matter through appropriate channels. We expect your urgent and responsible action.

Whenever I have to write a review of Taj, I need to find new adjectives to describe the hospitality of the empire, so that it doesn't dilute the quality of service provided by Taj. Taj the Trees was no different. Before we entered Taj, 2 days before, Jasmeet approached me to welcome us and check whether we are celebrating any occassion. Jasmeet is very warm and compassionate, she took care of the decoration along with creating photos of us and placing them in the room before we actually checked in the hotel. I just requested for a room upgrade and she was more than happy to manage that to upgrade our room to Luxury Suite. Jasmeet has been one of the most important factor that made our stay very comfortable. When we checked in, we were welcomed and helped by Namrata and Prachi. Namrata took us to our room and showed the true hospitality of Taj that it is known for. The room was beautifully decorated with balloons and towels with our family pics placed around the room. We had booked dinner at Shamiana where Margaret took care of the booking and Navneet gave us the best place for our 14 member table. We were very happy with the service provided by Navneet, Ritwik, Tlungai, Rizwan, Swapnil, Ashutosh, Javed and Samruddhi. They took care of every small detail and requirement from our side with smiling faces. I know Navneet is moving to different site, wishing him all the very best for his great future and thank you. Once we checked out the next day, Juhi has been more than welcome along with Jasmeet to make me comfortable since there were many people waiting. Check out procedure was smooth with Jordan, Aishwarya, Prathmesh, Aparajita taking care of the check out as well as luggage. Overall, it has been a fantastic and memorable experience once again with Taj, who keeps on pushing themselves for consistency in service and hospitality without any complaints ever for anything. Thank you once again for all the efforts by everybody around to provide the highest quality of service and special thanks to Jasmeet without which this stay wouldn't have been the way it was. Taj is always our favorite place to experience luxury. Apart from Luxury; Taj People are always attentive to the guests. Front desk - smiling welcome from Jasmeet! Jasmeet Kaur made sure that my stay was spotless and i really thank her for room decor and personalized surprise for my wife's bday. Kitchen - Narayan, Rohan & Vaibhav all were taking time to check if we are happy with our meal OR else to provide us good food what we like. Aishwarya Bapat and his team Kapil & Yash in Club lounge made our evening memorable... Our kids were were also happy with food which these guys served to them ... really caring and supportive team Taj is having.. actually this is our consecutive 2nd year to stay with Taj the trees and hopefully we will visit every year for this special occasion... looking forward to meet all of you again next year ! thanks again for our memorable stay with you. Their Gym is also well maintained along with Pool. ! Breakfast is just unbeatable !! A special thanks to Mr. Devidatta Sukhatankar for Naad-Yog session... it was fantastic.. not one should mis it if you have time !!... I really appreciate the great work your team is doing to make people happy when we stay with you... its the most difficult task to make people happy.

Right from the formalities at reception to the stay in the rooms, the experience is totally worth. The breakfast spread was great too. Overall a great experience.

Went to celebrate my wife's birthday at The Taj Trees and they being true to their name truly delivered. The experience was everything we had hoped for and more. Special mention of chef Vaibhav, Atharva and Margaret for making the experience memorable.

The staff at shamiana were great, excellent hospitality specially Chef Vaibhav , Manager Swapnil and Atharva. Came here to celebrate my birthday and we were fully satisfied The treated us with whole lot of complimentary desserts

Jasmeet from guest relations has absolutely made our birthday the best it could ever be. She has helped me coordinate for my family in Bombay while in sitting Delhi and made the process so seamless. Such a beautiful stay all thanks to Jasmeet. We need more people like you :)

Loved the food, met sous chef Vaibhav Katkar, all dishes were amazing. However service was quite slow and pretty delayed

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Taj The Trees. The hospitality, food, and service were truly top-notch — everything you’d expect and more from the Taj experience. Special thanks to Jasmeet, Remi and Kedar, for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. A special mention for the sound healing session, which was incredibly calming and added a unique touch to the overall experience. Highly recommend this beautiful property for anyone looking to unwind in luxury and comfort.

Excellent stay at the Taj The Trees l hotel. Very attentive staff, and great breakfast options. Room was spotless, and all staff members were courteous and attentive. Will definitely stay again. Due to the hotel being inside the Godrej campus there is zero traffic noise which only adds to the charm.
