Great experience at Taj the Tree...excellent service by Mr. Aashutosh. Good food, great vibes. Prompt service, good music

I never knew this property even existed until I discovered it by chance. My original plan was to stay at a new property in Thane (Yeoor Hills) for my child’s 10th birthday. Unfortunately, that wasn’t available on our dates, and with a heavy heart, I booked Taj The Trees instead. Little did I know, this “second choice” would turn out to be one of the most memorable and heartwarming experiences of my life. I had placed only one request — a mangrove-facing room. To my delight, the Taj team and Ms. Jasmeet Kaur, Guest Relations Executive, went far beyond this simple ask. Ms. Kaur not only followed up over email but even tried reaching out on phone (though I could not answer due to work). Despite this, she ensured that my child felt like a true VIP throughout the stay — from a beautifully done birthday upholstery, personalised hand written (in today's tech world nobody has time to hand write a card) greeting card and balloon décor, to a personalized birthday cake, and even requesting a family photograph to create a framed keepsake for us. It was overwhelming in the most positive way — the kind of warmth that makes you feel less like a guest, and more like family. For the first time in my life, I experienced a check-in where an executive came to us, collected the IDs, and returned with the keys and details. No queues, no staring eyes, no hassle — just comfort and dignity. That very moment set the tone for what was to follow. Every detail spoke of thoughtfulness. The rooms were wonderful, the restaurants a delight, open sky bar on the top floor and at the end of every meal, my kid was treated to large, complimentary chunks of pastry. I am not one who likes to be pampered at another’s cost, but I must admit — the sheer generosity and care made me feel truly elated. A special mention to their cake & coffee shop — please do not miss carrying back their handcrafted pastries. The Hazelnut Brownie Chocolate Wonder that I gifted was so divine that the recipient, miles away, couldn’t stop praising it, saying, “Nobody can beat the Taj in this.” I couldn’t agree more — my pride swelled for making that last-minute choice of Taj The Trees. The experience extended beyond food and service — the infinity pool with views of chirping birds and garden snails, the vibrant 2nd anniversary celebrations with live violin performances, music, exotic snacks, juices, cakes, and free-flowing cheer. Though I’m a teetotaller, I thoroughly enjoyed the spirit of the evening. The cherry on top? A personal invitation from Ms. Kaur herself to join the festivities — despite her surely being buried in last-minute arrangements. That gesture meant a lot. And last but not the least – a pack of incense sticks kit at the time of checkout. I really don’t know can any hotel be so hospitable? A small gesture but it speaks volumes. I sincerely hope Taj The Trees soon becomes recognized as a one-of-a-kind property not just in India but globally, carrying forward its legacy for hundreds of years. Heartiest congratulations to the entire staff on their 2nd anniversary — and in particular, to Ms. Jasmeet Kaur, who made our celebration so special.

It was a lovely experience having just outskirts of the city with Mangroves spread across the property and awesome skyline can be witnessed. lovely spread at Shamiana suitable for all tastebirds. Overall best experience for stay at Taj The Trees

Nested by trees and by lush vegetation, this hotel is really a gem in Mumbai. Taji is a guarantee in terms of top quality service and cleanliness, but this Taji is really a go to destination. Amazing 50 mts sky pool, stylish and classy rooms full of marble and elegant furniture, impeccably service and helpful friendly personnel always at your disposal. The Asian restaurant located at the 3rd floor is really superb with very tasty and well prepared food. One word of appreciation goes to KIMI in the Asian restaurant. Definitely I had a very well pleasant stay and for sure one of the BEST hotels in India.

Well poistioned with the front showing the mangrove view and especially with the rainy season the lush green was beautiful. The room was big enough with a plush bed and big bathroom. A coffee machine added to the charm.

Had a wonderful dining experience at Taj in The Trees. The food was excellent and hospitality was at peak with Shumit, Ashutosh and Rohit helping us with our special dietary needs as well. Must visit with friends and family

Food as good so was service. Vaibhav cooked us a good meal and Sumit served us well. The spread could have nene slightly bigger. A bit limited in options. But yea the food was amazing!!
