Perfect location for staycation near mumbai. Must go to pool at hotel and relax your self have a nice drink at roof top with nice view of mumbai which you have never seen mumbai like this.

Super pool (45m), Mangrove bar and Club lounge service is very nice. Staff is courteous. Mangrove view rooms offer great sunrise experience

We had booked two rooms at Taj The Trees for staycation. One room was for my wife, our 1-year old, and myself while the other room was booked for my parents. Overall, I would rate our stay an amazing ten-on-ten. Right from the beginning, the executives at Taj were helpful and friendly. I booked the room via their call center and the executive mentioned there was an ongoing offer on Amex cards. He booked the room for us and we got the confirmation immediately. It was quite swift and seamless. The executive also asked if there was any special occasion during the stay. Since it was my father's birthday the following week, we mentioned the same. A day prior to the checkin, we got a call from Ms. Jasmeet asking for details of our special request, a photo we would like framed, and our arrival time. When we reached the hotel, the welcome at the lobby was nothing short of special and the checkin process was quick. The lobby looked elegant. Ms. Jasmeet was there to welcome us; she also briefed us about a few activities they had planned for all the guests. When we entered our rooms, we were amazed to see the wonderful decoration and cakes along with photo frames 😍😍😍 Thanks to Jasmeet and the entire staff for making the stay so special for us 😊🙌🥳 Being a Taj hotel, the property was sweaky clean, very well-lit. The rooms were specious (and yes, they had upgraded both the rooms 😍) with amazing view of the pool and the mangroves. The rooms with the mangroves view will also give you a nice view of the planes about to land at the CSMIA 😄 We enjoyed the pool in the evening (our little one had a blast in his floaty 😊) and could be a part of the evening activity in the lobby. The next morning, as expected, we enjoyed the breakfast spread which had like a million choices. The food was tasty and service was fantastic despite it being a Sunday morning. It was a memorable experience for our family and we will certainly book our staycation again at Taj The Trees! Thanks to the entire staff for their wonderful service. Cheers!

Been staying at Taj The Trees right from the day of its grand launch. It has quickly become our fav Taj property within any of the city locations. Rooms are very thoughtfully laid out with ergonomics and convenience at the heart of the layout. Taj The Trees feels even special with the beautiful mangrove views from the room complemented by a group of staff who truly represent Tajness at its best

We visited the bar on the 12 floor and met the most amazing and pleasant lady Tluangi ,she was so friendly and warm and got us the most refreshing cold coffee.Such a simple and humble lady ,must have more staff like her,she was a darling ,we enjoyed having a conversation with her.

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Their service was outstanding, specifically at the Mangrove Bar. Harsh was exceptionally sweet and went out of his way to make my specific food request happen. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. Great service and hospitality!

Room and everything was nice also apart from that the best service from jasmeet kaur and anirudha patil they were very nice during our stay.................
