"Poor check in experience and mis management for business group"

Our business group recently stayed at Taj The Tree, and unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations—especially considering the Taj brand’s reputation for hospitality. The check-in process was extremely poorly managed—disorganized, slow, and lacking coordination. Despite prior reservations and confirmations, the staff seemed unprepared for our group’s arrival. There was no clear communication, rooms were not ready on time, and the overall process caused unnecessary delays for a team that was on a tight business schedule.

"Diwali celebration in Mumbai"

"Luxury Hotel"

Really enjoyed our stay at the Taj, staff are welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious with forest like views. We used the sauna, steam and jacuzzi which was relaxing as well as the outdoor pool. The snacks at the pool side were good too. The breakfast was vast with lots of fresh made options.

"Experience the Taj Hospitality"

An amazing gastronomically delightful Sunday spent at Taj The Trees during the festival of lights. The review would be incomplete without a mention of the hugely talented Chef Vaibhav Katkar, Chef Rohan Tendulkar & Pastry Chef Vinod who treated us to a delightful spread with the highlight being the sumptuous dessert that were a fusion of festivities and sweet.
