From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were courteous, welcoming, and extremely efficient. Check-in was smooth, and they were always happy to help with a warm smile, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. The room staff and housekeeping team were exceptional. The room was immaculately clean, well maintained, and attended to with great attention to detail throughout our stay. Every request was handled promptly and professionally, reflecting a high standard of service and commitment to guest comfort. We stayed in a standard room, but it honestly felt like a suite-level experience. The room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and equipped with all modern amenities and thoughtful conveniences—everything one would expect from a luxury category room. Overall, the hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort were of an exceptionally high standard. The team truly went out of their way to look after us and ensure a memorable stay. Really welcoming and pleasant experience. My mere suggestion is to improve on the Tv for an esteemed establishment like this. Our room had an old lg tv which was not smart and we were planning to watch the Stranger things season finale on it. But overall loved the experience.
