Ambience is really great and the service was also really good. This hotel made my 16th birthday remarkable. Looking forward to visit the hotel once again. One suggestion from my side is to include some old romantic malayalam songs in the Hotels's Playlist. 😁

"Mixed Experience: Some Good, Some Disappointing"

I give 100% for room service team. Big shout out to Babita. Excellent Customer Service 👌 However i give 10% only for front desk agent. 0% sense of Customer service. Everything was No cannot not possible attitude. Every request was met with refusal rather than assistance or alternatives.Did not show any effort to accommodate guests. 😪

"Dinner get-together"

We recently hosted a dinner get-together at Gokulam Grand, and I would like to share our heartfelt appreciation for the wonderful experience. A special mention to Parvathy, who coordinated the event from our very first conversation until the successful completion of the function. Her support and timely communication made the entire process smooth. Our guests were extremely happy with the buffet arrangements, and the surprise cake-cutting was handled beautifully. The main course was excellent and received a lot of positive comments. The live ice-cream cones were a big hit—especially with the kids! A small area of improvement would be the starters. We felt the variety was a bit limited, and options like chicken nuggets or chicken lollipops would have added to the experience. Overall, the function ended on a very happy note with smiling faces all around. One suggestion for future events: It would be great if you could include a photo corner with good lighting, so guests can capture memorable pictures and selfies. Thank you once again for making our event memorable.

"Amazing dessert spread"
