I love that the hotel is environmentally friendly and the lovely flower gardens. But above all it is the staff who go out of the way to make one comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

Overall, it was good, but one thing I didn’t understand was that the hair dryer was locked in the bathroom and couldn’t be moved. The cord was too short to use while standing.

I am very disappointed with the lack of support my parents received during their stay. They were left to carry their own bags to their room without any assistance, which is unacceptable. Additionally, while the staff was fluent in Hindi, they continued speaking English despite my parents not understanding the language. This made their experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Hospitality should be about making guests feel at ease, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. I expected better service and cultural sensitivity from a reputable establishment.
