"Good"

Clean and pleasant hotel. We arrived at 5am after a delayed flight. The hotel was kindly able to allow us an extra hour after check out time to get some extra sleep. This did mean we missed breakfast. Food is served in the restaurant next door and we did go there for lunch. We got a taxi to Red Fort but would have been better off using the metro as traffic was gridlocked around the Red Fort area.

"Clean room with worst hospitality"

Clean and neat

Food from outside is not allowed and every delivery has to be picked up by self. Stayed for 3 nights and out of which lift was broken for 2 days. Yet I had to collect all my orders. They are creating monopoly by delivering only food which is ordered from the tied up restaurant which is ridiculously pricey and worst at taste

"Comfortable stay in a modern hotel near the Metro line"

Very good location , near to Metro Station and in the heart of the shopping district of Karol Bagh. Room is modern and comfortable. Breakfast is vegetarian.

You cannot order an Uber to the hotel as for some reason, the area is geo fenced to not allow pickups. Other taxi apps work well.

The hotel is found in karol bagh. Room very comfy.staffs are very helpful and walking distance to karol bagh market.
