Bloom Hotel - Karol Bagh

Clean linen, comfortable bed, hot water, AC is working perfectly, kettle in the room. Availability of the drinking water in the hotel in the corridors and reception.

Bad room cleaning, awful internet in the rooms, awful surroundings near the hotel. You step out of the entrance door and beggars meet you every morning - hotel staff does not do anything about it. Non professional staff. We had to go to reception to charge room cards so often because they didn’t work to open the room. It was very disappointing. It’s pathetic location for getting a taxi early in the morning and at night. There is travel agent at the reception where you can call up the taxi - it’s the only option. But their services are awful. The taxi was late for 30 minutes. Be sure to start the journey to the airport much much earlier - otherwise you can be late for the flight. You can not rely on this travel agent service at the reception. We asked for big car - but they sent small car. They charge twice price for the taxi. Look for another taxi option. Don’t use this guy service.

Good location, kind staff. Generally clean. Good for 1 or 2 night’s stays.

Breakfast was at the next door restaurant and it was ok, but they should also include some non-Indian options in the menu. We’re not used to having such heavy meals for breakfast so ended up eating toast with Nutella only. Simple omlette or porridge would make a big difference!

Tried to make a payment due to there card reader not working said i will pay cash or later wen working The staff did not stop ringing me and my daughters we had two rooms was hassling keep ring our rooms to pay wasn't gone leave with out paying stayed 5 days had 2 rooms wasn't proffional staff at all stayed 6 day day in bombay bloom didn't get no hassle at all. So would be nice if contacted them booking .com

Comfy bed and a pretty clean room. We had no major issues staying here and after reading lots of bad reviews for hotels in Delhi I do want to stress that we felt comfortable staying here. All around not a bad stay at all.

The service wasn't too great (I had emailed/messaged several times with no response) and I expected the room to be a bit cleaner for the price.
