Treebo Premium Queen of Hills 900 M from Mall Road

Food was really good. Tea was worth it. Beds were good and soft. Gentle and humble behaviour of staff. Location was very good.

Even though I booked a proper luxury room for my vacation, the room in which I stayed had flies in the toilet. The toiletries were not provided properly. Dental kit wasn’t available in the room, we had to ask for it. Towels and linens looked roughed up and really old. One day I think it was on 13th I put the clean my room sign on, but when I came back to the room, I saw that nobody cleaned the room. I communicated everything to the manager Sunil, he seemed quite a nice man, but there was this other person I had a chat with over the phone, he was quite rude. Most funny part is, they provide 2 small complimentary bottles of water even for the guests who paid high to stay at their place. And when I asked them that we are paying higher for our room and services, we were told that “we don’t differentiate in our guests”. To which I said,” I never asked you to differentiate but if someone is paying higher then there should be some extra amenities that can be provided. If you guys can’t do that then why am I paying higher?” To which I received no answer. Although the staff and manager was very humble but they seemed a bit laid back with their services. The hotel has the potential to do a lot in terms of business but their laziness might be one of the prime reasons why they’re losing business. Last but not the least, wherever I stay I prefer the toilet and bathing area to be clean. I must say I was disappointed there.

Didn’t like the toilet. It was not clean. Charging so much and no complimentary breakfast. I lost the key by mistake and they charged for the key. I hve been staying in so many hotels around the world. I have never seen anyone charging for the lost key.
