Except location every thing was worst...Dirty chairs Bad Breakfast highly unethetical staff...

I had a highly disappointing experience during my stay at [Hotel Name]. The behavior of the staff was unacceptable; they were unprofessional and unhelpful throughout my visit. Despite my requests, essential amenities were not provided, significantly affecting my comfort. The restaurant staff exhibited the worst behavior I’ve encountered, and the food quality was poor, lacking both taste and variety. This level of service is far below what I expected and needs serious improvement. I hope the management takes immediate steps to address these issues.

location is preety good ,facilities are there newly renovated room with a big space specially for the family.

There was a very foul smell in the washroom and we told to staff several times but no one come with any freshner or something, and we earlier told to staff that we are leaving early in the moring , please provide us a breakfast and they agreed but denied in the moring.

Too far from Mall Road and a very steep hill to reach here. Breakfast is pathetic. Overall not value for money they are charging. Rooms are big and spacious but rest is all pathetic. Never choosing it again

Very friendly staff (literally everyone from reception to room service). Made our stay very nice and comfortable. Food is also quite nice and not too far from Mall Road. Shout out to Ram Singh, Aashish and so many other staff who are very polite, always helpful. We took half board and very much satisfied with service.

Few things, the moment you make booking there will be constant messages, emails and calls to make partial payment, which is bit annoying. However the digital system they use works quite well. Another point is the railing. At the entrance, it is quite challenging for senior citizens to climb down the stairs as there is no support at the entrance.

Location was good, kids play zone , Games for adults.

Breakfast was Average. Rooms was Dirty floor was not cleaned properly. Refrigerator was not working, replaced next day. Bathroom kits was not there , They provide me after request. It should be there before check in.
