Booking was not confirmed by the hotel, but I was called by the executive a day before to make partial payment, which I did. In spite the hotel didn't not have my name listed for check in. Had to wait for almost an hour to get confirmation. No breakfast provided, no beverages ( coffee / Tea ). Room was good, but without drinking water and no telephone to reach the reception. Just one staff to address all your request accompanied with 3 to 4 cleaning staffs.
