Since it was a new(16 days)hotel, it was clean.

The breakfast was over by 8:30 am on the first day. When I went to the reception, the person at the counter was having breakfast!! And me as a guest of the hotel - I didn't have any. The picture that is on the website showing a variety of breakfast counters is not right. There was no tea/coffee. Just idli, bonda, bread, jam & peanut butter. I had a slice of bread with peanut butter. The toilet seat was not fixed or was broken. I had informed the reception when we checked in. He said that he would inform someone but we stayed there for 2 nights and no one came to repair the seat. I had asked for an extra towel which was given to me (after I asked a 3rd time) the next day in the evening. It was not a good experience in terms of hospitality. Just a building with some amenities and calling it a hotel!
