Very well designed. Spacious rooms. Well ventilated. Great view. Courteous staff. Environment-conscious — drinking water and coffee can be had in ceramic mugs at coffee counter / pantry . Health-friendly — encourages taking the stairs .

No dislikes — I however prefer single-use toiletries . If an environment-friendly single-use toiletry supplier could be arranged, I’d pay a premium for that .

No dislikes , but would like following amenities - In room slippers, Single-use toiletries (non-plastic if possible), In room snacks, Softer towels, Hand sanitiser

No disliked — but I would like following amenities - in-room slippers, single-use toiletries, softer towels (frequent wash makes the towels harder)

Difficult to communicate with STAFF as phones were NOT WORKING through out our 7 night stay...
