Great location, lovely staff, free coffee at reception, exceptionally clean. Everything you need on your doorstep, including a great veg south indian cafe next door 😋

No housekeeping (although maybe we should have asked), and the rooftop cafe has been replaced with a Korean restaurant

Location, convenience to eateries , room was spacious, the reception and cleaning staff were gracious and courteous especially Sai Teja was easy to talk to, made my checkin smooth and attended to all the needs/requests during my stay

For the price I paid, I expected the room to have better amenities, I had to call and get a working kettle, the room’s bathroom door does not close properly from the outside and only locks from the inside. The neighboring room guests seem to be smoking the washroom and the stink spread through to my room and couldn’t shut the damn bathroom door. Also the beds were spring beds and not so comfortable to sleep and they kept making noise toa as if it’s going to break
