AEWe stayed at Presidency Airport Hotel for one night and had a pleasant overall experience. Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were courteous. Although our room didn't have a refrigerator as mentioned during check-in, the reception team promptly offered to store our items in a refrigerated area and return them whenever we needed them, which we really appreciated. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was good, with a nice selection of South Indian dishes. The complimentary basement parking was convenient, and the security staff were especially helpful and welcoming.
The information provided during check-in about complimentary juice in the room refrigerator was inaccurate, as there was no refrigerator in our room. The bathroom shattaf also had some issues and could use maintenance. At breakfast, the coffee cups could have been cleaner or replaced, as they did not appear to be in the best condition.

JP空港から見える所にあるのが、何より良かったです。また部屋も広くて、キレイで、お茶セットとお菓子まで置いてありました。
空港からの迎車が付いていたのですが、ブッキング・コムからとワッツアップとで連絡して30分待っても、来て貰えませんでした。歩いて数分だったので、まあいいんですけど。
