SGThe proximity to airport.Best hotel to stay if you are doing transit layover or early arrival to airport .Value for money and plenty of shops nearby for a quick shopping and good restaurants too.
The bar had very nice ambience but could improve with more drink choices.The stock is sadly limited.

As I was checking in, the lady staff at the front office took my passport and as she was interacting with me for checkin , three other gentleman came over. One probably the senior manager. It was so unprofessional that a guest is waiting and the staff are engaged in a discussion about routine procedures. In the room I was allotted two single beds and I was the lone guest, I removed the quilt and saw the sheet stained with blood, though it was clean the mark was obvious. I just used the other side bed. There was another incident and the staff rang my room and apologised and I assured the staff that it was okay, not dwelling on that any further. Next morning after I had picked my sister from the airport, I went down to the front office desk and mentioned that I would leave in 10-15 minutes and paid a pending dinner bill. Went to the room and left the door open with keys in it and got to the basement parking area and left. At about 11 am, there were 3 missed calls on my mobile number, I was at the hospital and immediately I get a call from my wife who was in another town. She mentioned that I had not settled the bill and the hotel staff called her as I had left her contact as emergency contact. I mentioned that I had paid and the staff had also taken a picture of my UPI payment. This clearly showed the unprofessional behaviour of the front office, it was embarrassing and they couldn’t care to try calling me at a later stage than to ring up my wife? After I spoke over the phone they mentioned they had indeed received the payment and apologised. This clearly is an internal communication/ SOP issues. Inadequate training and poor handover procedures led to embarrassing a customer. I have travelled extensively and have stayed at various properties across countries, this came across as the most unprofessional service thus far. In my opinion it’s the front office manager and his inefficiency that was glaring. Once again, the property is good.
