I was checked in on 2nd April in the evening around 8pm, the front office staff there were one lady and a man seemed very unprofessional and I don’t think they are worthy enough to work in a hospitality business, As there was bit difference on the bill I asked them about it, “they were like why the hell you asking us, if you want you stay or leave like expressions” “especially the lady when I requested for the printout invoice she took the printout and slammed on the desk, I have never seen such bad attitude from a front office person, I was not even bothered about the amount as it was only 180 rupees difference , I just wanted to know and make sure the difference is a mistake or something And the linens were not clean and even found hairs on the bedsheets and felt like not changed Again I called the front desk and asked for change, the same guy in front office like I will send someone if you want or get the hell out of here, was not even sorry for their mistake ( I have taken the video but there is no option to share the video on booking.com) I was booking the same hotel the second time as they maintained pretty good standard last time thinking that they would maintain it. Never ever again
