Bar/restaurante com bastante variedade mas a qualidade da comida não foi muito boa. Pouca variedade para o pequeno almoço. Durante a nossa estadia houve diversos cortes elétricos, o gerador não estava com bateria e portanto ficamos algum tempo sem eletricidade nenhuma, sem água quente. Empregados disseram que iria demorar 2/3 minutos mas não foi o caso.

GBExceeded expectations. First thing, staff were amazing reception staff were super helpful, very good at their job. Kitchen staff were very attentive and friendly. And room service staff were excellent and helped will all requests. A lady called Charlotte went above and beyond helping helping us with our room when we needed to check out. She also found my charger i left and contacted me on the day i was leaving kochi to make sure i didn't forget to collect it. Staff service was truly amazing. Room was very clean and even had complimentary snacks. And to my surprise my favourite meal in my whole stay in kerela was at this airport hotel. The butter panner masala was incredible. Also the food was a good price. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in kochi.

INExcellent location....very close proximity to the airport...in fact....step out of the hotel...cross the road....you enter the airport main gate....plus they have a complimentary airport drop....cannot get more convenient than this!!!!!! Spacious room......all the required facilities for a comfortable stay....inhouse bar nd restaurant. Cannot ask for more!!!!!!!!!!!
