the kitchen and washing machine were important for us, and it’s one of the closest accommodations to the airport.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. After a long day of travel from Dublin to Istanbul with my wife and three kids (two of them under 2 years old), we arrived at the hotel only to be told they couldn’t accommodate us due to a hot water or water supply issue. What’s worse – no one called or emailed us in advance to let us know. They redirected us to another branch they claimed was part of their group, but the room we were given there was unacceptable: it had a bad smell, was dirty, and didn’t have proper cots or facilities for young children. We were exhausted and had no choice but to stay the night, but the whole situation was a shock and a major letdown. I would strongly advise against staying here, especially if you're traveling with kids.

I booked flat for my family and when we arrived late evening the staff told us that the flat had an electrical problem so he will give us room while I booked flat two bedrooms and kitchen with living space , he did not inform us we were so upset and he said I will not charge you for the room !!!! He give us different things and small and put whole family in one room then he said not charge while he should be sorry and apologise to us for an inconvenience and give us the the difference he said not charge or you can cancel if you don’t like when we arrive with kids and we were so tired when I told him we don’t want one room I booked flat then he answered are you family so you can stay together!!!! Also about the taxi I received massage when I booked that the taxi from or to airport is 20 euro but when I arrived he said 25 euro when I showed him the message he said this is old now we changed it!!! I stayed there because we arrived late and we were so tired but But I feel like this is a deception.

The amenities are great the apartment is spacious and modern, and it includes a kitchen, a TV, and a washing machine

Given an apartment with no heating or hot water , I was moved to a small apartment intel they fixed it . Also the kitchen was minimally equipped with no washing machine or a fridge. At the end they charged me €10 for each hour above check out time without taking into account any of the disturbance caused by the problems above on the top of that communication on English was minimal.
