Staff were super helpful, accommodation was clean and water in the fridge was a nice touch

Location wasn't ideal, with nowhere really to get a meal although there was a local shop.

I booked rooms in this hotel for my family, who needed to stay for a few nights between flights. The property is located very convenient if you are flying in/from IST airport. My grandfather was arriving to the SAW airport, and we ordered a transfer from the hotel. The car was very comfortable and was waiting upon the arrival. My grandfather has a limited mobility and the car was spacious for him to feel well and also to transfer his wheelchair and bags. They also were kind to accommodate his mobility limitations by providing the room on the first floor (upon the request when booked). The hotel is very new, warm and clean. Hotel staff helped with all question they had and provided transfer for both inbound and outbound flights (for additional price) in a very good car. It is only 10-15 minutes away from the airport.

Kitchenette has very limited dinnerware, maybe this is because the hotel is so new.

I travel a lot , and this was the cleanest hotel i have ever stayed at. Might seem strange as it is a 15 minute drive from airport but was quick and the transfer was so efficient and easy. I asked for a Transfer and within minutes i received a whatsapp picture and video of exactly where to meet the driver

Room was clean, I guess this is the only positive experience from the stay.

The room was booked for my 70-year-old mother as she had a longer-than-normal layover in IST. It was indicated on the property page that they provide a shuttle to the airport (which I put as a special request as well while booking a room just to double-check and verify). The property confirmed my request shortly after booking. Upon checking in my mother was told that there was no provided shuttle bus to the airport and that they would order a taxi for her in the morning that she would need to pay for (upsetting, but not the end of the world). She also confirmed the taxi rate at the airport while she was getting to this property (something around 300 turkish lirs since it's about 10 mins from the airport). The taxi arrived in the morning to pick her up, confirmed the rate, and started driving towards the airport. About halfway taxi driver stops in the middle of nowhere and asks my mother if she is okay with paying 300 EUROS for this trip, which she initially thought was just a misunderstanding and language barrier, but the driver insisted on the rate being 300 euros. When she declined and confirmed that she is only going to pay 300 lirs, he said that he is taking her back to the hotel, then proceeded to sit in the car for the next 30 minutes and talk on the phone. My mother was terrified of the whole encounter. Eventually driver takes her back to the property, where him and the hotel administrator talk to each other and raise the price of the drive to 700 lirs (or drop it down, depending on how you look at their scam operation). My mother asked the administrator to reach out to me (as I instructed her, unfortunately, she didn't have a local phone) and they declined. After going through all this stress she was finally able to get to the airport with some other people and made it to her departure. This property and its admin staff are disgusting for trying to scam people like this, AVOID staying there at all costs.

Everything was perfect. That facilities all new and clean. Comfortable bed, clean sheets. Friendly staff, they met us already outside, called taxi for us and was very nice and friendly. Great hotel if you need to stay somewhere near the airport.
