Clean, have all the basic items. The owner was very nice, he arranged the taxi to pick us up for our very early flight at 3am.

It’s in a small village. It’s not far from the airport, but it’s in a remote area, not possible to get to by public transportation, only by taxi

I booked very last minute and upon arrival by taxi the owner was already waiting for me. Check in was smooth, the room was brand new with so much space! Extra large living room and sparkling clean bathroom. I can see it as a short or long-term accommodation for people.

It is about 10+ minutes by Taxi and I felt the Taxi to the airport was overpriced despite the fact the driver used meter. When I came from the airport it was a cheaper fixed rate. Perhaps the owner can negotiate the price for hotel guest.

The hotel is close to Istanbul airport, the apartment has two rooms, clean.

The rooms are big with good and new facilities and comfortable beds. Everything was spotlessly clean. The hotel personnel was very welcoming and helpful.

The location is very quiet but the neighbor's rooster and a nearby mosque can be disturbing in the early morning hours. Anybody using the hotel staircase can clearly be heard as well as guests in the neighboring rooms. Finding dinner in late hours may be a problem.

The hotel is located in the countryside, very far from civilization. But the village has a supermarket and some restaurants. But nobody speaks English , so be ready to communicate via a cellphone translator .

Staff does not speak English , only Turkish .

Saw 2 cockroaches. Low quality bed. No power receptacles by the beds.
