Staff are miserable. If i was the owener i would be having serious words for them to sort there attitude out and customer service. The male with the top knot / pony tale should be sacked. Pool is freezing cold nobody goes in it.

A lovely hotel with friendly staff that is conveniently located and easy accessible for those self-driving. The facilities were excellent, particularly the Hamman. The food was nice and freshly cooked.

A last break of 2024 I wrıte from experıence havıng spent and travelled for 12 years ın turkıye, , Fırstly thıs hotel was nıce, clean and what ı expected tbh. To help people who are needıng help or info of any sort ı always try to wrıte a helpful revıew, good or bad.Fırstly a lot of shops kadrıye old town, land of legends and belek cıty, (beach 4 mıns on free shuttle, ) Enough to do dependıng what you lıke a day tıme vısıt to land of legends ıs wırth ıt.. Hotel ıtself ıs reasonable, cleanıng rooms fresh towels and bed lınen is very good take your own haır products theres are vıle., ıt states on websıte there ıs a stocked mını bar, water juıce and sprıng water, mıne was empty and never had anyone stock it, Food same everyday but enough for me, .. 3 tımes a day restaurant ıs open, Staff are not the most friendly hardly any english , they dart from one bar to the next .. you can stand waıtıng at one bar for 10 mınutes to have to go the the other one to get servıce.Receptıon staff not helpful bar staff mıserable. Thıs hotel had the most mıserable staff ı ever came across, maybe 3 of them where frıendly to a degree (surroundıng area ıs lıke a buıldıng site.). . No entertaınment no musıc no one seems happy

The property is clean and very well kept, all the basics are there as well. The location is quite strange, a distant from both the sea and the city center.

Decent hotel, ok food, friendly stuff

If you like to sleep with open windows or balcony, ask the room opposite to swimming pool. Air conditioner above swimming pool is too loud during the evening

The hotel deco is fresh and new. Facilities are clean.

Staff is not pleasant, food is mediocre and very bad drinks

I was on vacation for 2 weeks, and I stayed there for 3 nights Those three nights were the worst, the staff were not helpful at all, they didn't answer the calls when they answered they just closed the line, and if they heard you they would not help anyway you have to pay extra for everything, even water every day! Imagine they put for us bracelets when we arrived to know that we were from the group who paid for breakfast. The breakfast though was the only good thing there otherwise, it was a horrible experience and definitely, and I'm not going back there!
