Unpleasant smell in the bathroom. Bedsheets and comforts had not been washed for long. Bathroom towels smells bad.

Actually room is very very good

1) parking is not available, 2) service staff is not good 3) hot water problem, 3) breakfast is not worth, 4) service is so bad

Service is really good, they answer every call and provide the service you request on time and anytime without any hesitation. Room service is done everyday, they keep it clean. Affordable price, good location, close to main road and you have 2 super markets next to the hotel.

Washroom fittings are not good, toilet seats are broken, tap fittings are loose, they are stinking very badly. We asked to give another room, it was not stinking but the fittings were loose, the toilet gun was leaking, and the toilet seat was loose. No much options for breakfast, its better to take stay without breakfast instead of wasting money on breakfast included in stay. You get good breakfast options outside that satisfies your tummy.

The stay was pleasant and the interior lighting and all fixtures were working properly and all facilities were available. The room & washroom was neat, clean & hygienic.

Overall good experience except food quality needs to be improved, though Complimentary Breakfast was good, but dinner was too spicy and oily and even limited options in menu. Service is required to be improved, I felt like lack of manpower, even receptionist denied one or two services quoting the same...
