Treebo De Alphabet Kondapur

The hotel looked nice but unfortunately we never had a chance to use it. At least we could use the hotel wifi which was not the best but still functional.

Before booking this hotel we read reviews of the hotel to find out if there had stayed people from other countries (because not all Indian hotels can accept non-Indian citizens). We found such reviews and made the booking. On their Booking.com profile page, there was no hint of not taking foreigners. We also sent copies of our foreigner passports and visa a couple of days earlier for remote check-in. Nevertheless, when arriving in the hotel, the staff told that they can't accommodate non-Indian citizens (they never did, they said) and we just need to find another hotel. They didn't offer any help in finding a replacement hotel, so we tried to find one ourselves. When we found another hotel nearby, we asked the Treebo Trend staff to call this hotel, so that we could be 100 percent sure that this other hotel accommodates non-Indians. This calling took almost an hour and after that the Treebo Trend staff told us that this other hotel had confirmed that they take foreigners. I asked several times if it is 100 percent sure. So we went to this other hotel only to find out that they can't accommodate foreigners. So our search started again. Not to mention that we missed an important event because of all this.

It’s quite peaceful and price worth property. We had a nice hospitality. it’s most relevant as shown in pictures. Recommend for all !!!

Staff were good and good behaviour

No ironbox, no toilataries, no towels, bad smell due to ongoing drainage works
