The property is beautifully done. The location makes it perfect. Overlooking the mountains ranges makes it even more worthy. The staffs are cordial and supportive. In a hotel if the staffs are polite and welcoming then we feel more at home. The linen the drinking water to the small cookies in my room was so cute. The breakfast spread was also fantastic. Loved my stay totally.

There is nothing that I can complain off.

I am a tourist from London visited this place - on the afternoon of 15 January 2025. No one at the entrance helped us to guide us to the reception. We had to walk around 10 mins to locate the reception and then the reception staff (Sunny) at the front office desk looked grumpy. I was interviewed as if I was at the airport immigration. I was then guided to our room which to be fair was quite nice (only nice thing about this 5 star resort, which you would expect it). Food/dining service was average. Over night there was a very heavy snowfall. We were unable to leave as our car was stuck. We asked to speak with the manager who never introduced and apparently he was on holiday. Then we spoke with FOH staff Pihu who claimed to be a decision maker for all the guests. She was extremely arrogant, and was was unable to not only help us with our stressful situation but she was also very concerned about our bill. She asked us to check out as soon as possible and do not forget to the bill. We then asked her if she can speak with her manager (which she claimed she did over a call). The manager was again very unhelpful and told us that only help they can provide us is that they can shift our luggage to a hotel nearby (200 meters away), which we fortunately found our self and it was 1/4 of the price. We then checked out and took our luggage to the reception and we were told that it will be delivered within 15 mins. While we walk to the property. This was a complete lie. As i had to contact the property 4 times after 2 hours to check when our luggage will be delivered. Out of four times, twice the line was busy and two times I spoke with someone different from the hotel who said it will be delivered soon but was unable to give us an estimate and they hung up on me both times. The truth is that the luggage was never delivered as we had to go back to the property to pick it up.

The property is good in shape & size

Very distant location . It is highly Overpriced with No other activity available . Atmosphere is dull overall. Staff is very Limited & non flexible

Breakfast spread was good , we had asked chef for customization which he eagerly did .

TT table was missing & bornfire in rooms as well on common area like lobby was missing . Though they have space but they were not willing to do even on eve of 24 th Dec .

My daughter rooms which we paid full but allocated ground one which was not worth I paid
