Breakfast was good but little mismanaged.

staff us not trained as per 5 star norms...behavior of the staff was good but they dont know how to serve and offer food like a trained one.

Beautiful property, located in the valley a little outside town surrounded by snow capped mountains and apple trees. Very spacious and comfortable rooms which were well heated even in Manali's cold winter days. The staff were efficient and warm. The food at ITC Hotels is always great and this time was no exception. Would definitely strongly recommend it.

Staff was courteous and very accommodative to cater to our meal preferences and ensured we were well fed and especially kids were taken care of. Huge shout out to folks at the restaurant (Sandeep) and house-keeping staff (Aman)

Could have had more activities / facilities like pool etc within the premise.
