"Comfortable stay"

The stay was comfortable.Excellent & serene location. 360 deg mountain view. Staffs were kind and provided awesome hospitality.The service provided by hotel staff Mr.Sekar to be truely appreciated.

Food taste & options could be improved.

"it was amazing stay and we miss it."

the staff was warm and helpful. the view is amazing and the landscape is outstanding, i might come again for the view and the resort premises

there are no charging socket is in the bedroom, mirror position can be better so can use the space, need more lights around the bathroom mirror. brush bristles need to be soft.

I had a great time there. I had a great time there, and I really enjoyed the time I was there. The location was great, and the staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend staying there to others.

I am not sure why the food isn't very good at this 5-star resort. While they're not running out of ingredients, there is a limited number of choices in buffet. The tea and coffee also aren't very good, which is too bad because it's located in a hill station.
