Very Poor Experience with ITC Hamsa Manali Travel Desk Booked a cab through the hotel travel desk and had a terrible experience. The vehicle was in poor condition and the driver was clearly untrained. Before the trip, we were taken to a local dress rental shop with an obvious commission setup and unhygienic clothes. After crossing the Atal Tunnel, the driver falsely claimed police restrictions and refused to go further, dropping us at an unpleasant location instead of Kokhsar. This is unacceptable for a premium ITC property. Strongly recommend avoiding hotel-arranged cabs here.

Property itself is very beautiful with amazing views Stag are good and courteous Food was amazing My request for no onion and garlic was well looked after in buffet breakfast

Great Place to visit..location is good..staff are good and polite..but unfortunately could not enjoy Jacuzzi on this very cold weather 😔..may next time
