The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the hotel staff truly caring. A special word of gratitude to Ms. Bhanumathi, Mr. Pranay, and Mr. Saurabh for their timely help and presence of mind when our airport cab could not reach the hotel due to traffic. Their support made all the difference.
Spacious rooms and very comfortable for 3 adults Perfect location with Brilliant views of kanchanjanga from our room. Morning sunrises with the snow clad mountains Just amazing Staff were very helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet was expansive. Very reasonably priced too
We were 9 of us here for an offsite. The staff is excellent - very courteous and attentive. Servjce with a smile! We loved the property - we were able to use the top Floor lounge effectively for our team meetings and fun. Very nice and pleasant stay. For North Indian taste, the lunch and dinner found a bit lacking but the breakfast was very nice. Overall 5 star ratings for this cute property in this cute town!

The stay was pleasant, All staffs are polite especially Ayus,Aman and Riya from restaurant and Supriya from reception.
Had an amazing stay at West Gate Posada! The room was spacious with a superb bath tub, the view was stunning, and the food was very tasty. Perfect location near the center. What was exceptional here was their hospitality. A special mention to Ricky, Ayush, Pratham, Sital, Kushal, and Lowang for their exceptional service and kindness. Each of them made us feel at home throughout our stay. Highly recommend.
Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The rooms, washroom, reception, and restaurant were all Instagram-worthy. The balcony offered an amazing view of the city and Kanchanjunga. The food was delicious as well. However, what impressed me the most was the exceptional service provided by the hotel staff. I have never experienced such great hospitality anywhere else. Thank you so much, Ricky, Ayush, Pratham, and Lowang, for making our stay memorable. Definitely going to visit again.
Excellent services. Ambience is also very good. View from the balcony is breathtaking. Staff is also very sincere helpful , especially Supriya , Repbomit and Aman. Will definitely recommend to everyone.
