The staff are very friendly and helpful However, I would not rate it as 5 star facility I booked presidential suite. Not worth it. Almost $400/ night. No views from the room Description of room had walk in shower. However there was none Jacuzzi was there but takes one hour to fill water. Strange smell in the Jacuzzi Breakfast was very ordinary. Not many options. Certainly not 5 star standard

The location of property is near to market(approx 5 to 6 KM.) Food both veg and non-non veg is excellent. Staff is also very polite and cooperative. They claim that Kanchan jangha is visible from balcony of fourth floor. And if weather is clear we can really see peeks of kanchanjangha. It can be opt without doubt.

Nice room with 5 star amenities and good polite staff (Repbommit,Aman and Upasna from Restaurant / Supriya ,Pratima ,Saurav and Lowang from reception and Renu ,Romia and Sushma from Housekeeping)with great services and Chef Pratik and Chef Suraj from kitchen.

The experience of my stay was mixed. Pros: 1. The dishes served by restaurant were tasty. Wide variety of options are offered for both breakfast and dinner. 2. Rooms have premium furnishings. 3. Restaurant staff was very polite and took very good care of us. 4. My four year old son grew very fond of the host. Cons: 1. Room cleanliness is not up to the standard expected from a four star hotel. The rug had many stains on it. Bathroom curtain had mold on it. Three star hotel in Gangtok had cleaner rooms. 2. At the time of checkout. The hotel staff asked us to wait untill they checked the rooms only then did give us the bill. This felt a bit insulting as if we were thieves. 3. They staff asked us to check out at 11:00 am even though the check out time mentioned in the booking mail was 12:00 pm Such behaviour of the reception staff became a spoil sport for us

We had a wonderful stay at Summit West Gate Posada. The room was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the restaurant services were top-notch. The only downside was the water heating system in the bathroom. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your next travel adventure!

We started in room 701 (deluxe) which was very nice but very cold and quite noisy - next to the lift. A heater and electric blanket were an absolute must. To be fair, we had poor weather which contributed to the coldness but we really didn't expect a newish hotel to be so cold and the small electric heater is not adequate for the size of the room. The shower / bath arrangement is strange. There is no shower curtain and the shower water goes down the back of the bath flooding the marble floor and making it extremely slippy / dangerous. Room service was good - decent food, quickish service. However, covering the plates with something before bringing the food from the kitchen to the room would help it to arrive warm. We asked to stay an extra night and were moved to a basement room for a higher price than the deluxe room. It was dark, dinghy and had an absolutely filthy rug. As it was in the basement it was warmer and quieter than room 701. The shower was also more convenient although the wet floor was still absolutely treacherous. The reception staff were excellent - friendly and efficient. The dining room staff appeared to be disinterested. The first night we wanted to eat in the restaurant but gave up trying to order and used room service instead. The restaurant was also extremely cold. Breakfast was ok but the dishes of food were almost all empty and were sparsly refilled only upon request. The gentleman cooking eggs to order was great - friendly, efficient and made nice omelettes. The location is ok - about 20 minutes walk to the town center. Some taxi drivers wouldn't take us up due to the one-way system. The reception staff made a positive difference to our stay but we would not choose this hotel again.

Every thing about the Hotel was very good. The room was clean and having all amenities. We had 24hr hot water in the bathroom. Food was very good. A small advise is that you should add more variety to the b'fast buffet. I felt the choices were a little less. The staff are all very courteous and warm.

I booked a family room for 3 night with my family. Hotel was new looking good but we had such a bad experience I will never recommend this hotel brand , team was so unprofessional they checked in wrong room , outside temperature was 8 degree and room is inspected room was not hot we had to ask the heater. Hot water never worked we couldn’t take shower we addressed several times but no solution. Elevator never worked and no message for guest .we paid for 5 person but received service amenities and towels for just 2 person even we addressed that we are 5persons no changes. They cleaned the room don’t put the towel when we called to ask they said they received towels late , don’t think important to provide the basic services and communicate. During checkout I forgot my Chanel eye glasses they found but don’t think important to address guest for lost valuable items.The most shocking part was my dad had 50,000 of cash in bag and we said it’s a reputed hotel and trained and educated staff so left our valuable open and it was our fault we trusted and didn’t check during packing for check out, when my dad returned home and unpacking bag he noticed missing 15,000 from luggage bag. I purposely booked hotel like that were we can feel safe and we trusted to leave out belongings it was so shocking for our family that we are not safe even in this kind of property. This all incident disturbed so much my family they will have problem trusting even the property like this it’s so shame.

Location of the hotel a little odd but the service was good. A special word of thanks to the manager Ms Prajokta for going the extra mile and extending full help.Her contribution to making our stay comfortable needs full appreciation Highly recommended

Staff behavior is very courteous, they are Very Helpful, Room was very neat and clean 👌🏻, Food was also good, Bathroom was also very Clean ,They provide all Necessary toiletries, its near to mall road , i really Thanks to all staffs of the Hotel.
