Great stay , good selection of food , rooms good size , great service and great location

I booked this experience at 33 weeks pregnant for my baby moon. All the staff there were amazing. Special shout out to Ali, Tolga, Ilyas. They were super friendly. Ayten & Emel helped me through the entire spa making sure I was comfortable and didn't slip. Amazing team, would book again. The mommy to be massage was a 10/10 experience. Emel did an amazing job at making sure the experience was lovely and comfortable.

few things need to be flagged for anyone travelling with kids. The pool snack bar is a waste of time. We stood in a long queue in the heat, only to reach the front and discover there was no doner meat — it hadn't been restocked — and no bread either, making a kebab completely impossible. There was no apology, no explanation, and no indication of when it would be sorted. For an all-inclusive resort charging these prices, it's simply not acceptable. The waterslides caused us equal frustration. Staff clearly told us they opened at 10am. We got the children ready and waited — and waited — only for the slides not to open until 1pm. That's three hours of disappointed kids and wasted morning. When they did eventually open, just 1 of the 3 slides was running. No communication, no explanation. the gap between what's promised and what's delivered needs serious attention. Sort out the food restocking and give guests accurate information about what's actually open and when

We had the most unreal experience at the Buddha Spa. As a family we all used the sauna, had a Turkish bath, full body massage, head massage and clay face mask. Everyone felt so relaxed after and enjoyed every minute. Thank you Ali & Tolga it was 5 star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Myself and my 14 year old daughter visited the hotel at the end of March into April. It really is a lovely hotel, the staff are super friendly and will go out of their way for you. We had a twin room with inland view. Unfortunately our room was right above the lobby bar and we had nightly noise until 2:30am and our view was the balcony opposite unfortunately. Food is great, lots of choices and the onsite coffee shop and patisserie is amazing! Overall it is a lovely hotel and we would love to return during a summer season, as there's nothing to do on site at the moment.

The spa is very nice 10/10 amazing treatments for a great price. Tolga and Ali were very helpful, fair and so kind when it came to arranging treatments and excursions. Enjoyed a 2hr long massage, facial, Hammam and a few other treatments! Lovely hotel but I wish the food had more flavour as it’s a bit bland for me. Overall great excursion options and great trip advisors, he was able to arrange us a car since we were a big group and helped us when it came to choosing the best places to go and buy things that we wanted.

Tolga was very helpful, polite and professional always very accommodating. All the staff here are very hospitable and lovely. The spa is amazing. Tolga also speaks English and will get you a great deal on the spa treatments Lots of food to.choose from - fresh grill each day. No complaints about this hotel during our stay.

We unfortunately booked our excursions on the hotel transfer bus. We were royally ripped off spending about three times as much as we could have paid if we had waited for the hotel team to make a deal/ offer. We went to one of the local baths as booked with the love holiday rep. Me and my partner walked in and walked straight back out asking to be taken back to our hotel. We visited the spa at the hotel and were greeted by Ali and Tolga who were very welcoming, not pushy and explained what was included as being guests at the hotel and what would be more. We booked in for the full works, sauna, Turkish bath with a traditional scrub, mud scrub and foam cleaning. We then had a full body and reflexology massage finished off with a facial and more foot work. We loved it so much we booked again for the following day for hot stone and deep tissue massages. The guys and girls at the Buddha spa within the prime beach hotel where all 10 to none! Would strongly recommend to anybody looking to come.

Myself and my partner had a fantastic holiday here! The hotel is great and always very clean. There are a range of food options which we really enjoyed. We always like to try the Spas so we did! We felt very comfortable and welcomed by a worker named Tolga, he was very professional and gave us the information we needed to enjoy our spa day. It was a very relaxing experience thanks to Tolga. We will definitely be back!

Visted this hotel and really enjoyed it! We met tolga and had a treatment in the spa. He was so helpful and would deffo recommend.
