Prime Beach Hotel

We have stayed in marmaris before an for the last ten years never thought we could find a better hotel. Until now prime beach just couldn't be faulted staff are brilliant attentive but not intrusive services food drinks ect are perfect thanks for a brilliant break

The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly. It has plenty to offer for food and drink, but it can become a bit repetitive. The sun beds are very comfortable, and the pool area is very clean and well maintained. The entertainment is what you’d expect for a family hotel, pool/darts/water sports etc. The rooms are a little dated, and a tad too small for the 5* rating. All the appliances worked completely fine, and the shower was roomy. We stayed above the main entertainment stage, which had its downfalls. Music/entertainment did not end until 11pm each night, which is not ideal when you have young children with the bass and sheer noise of the guests watching. I would highly recommend avoiding these rooms if you plan to get some decent rest from 10pm, or have young children.

Please ignore all the negative reviews about the choice of food. We have just returned after a week and everything was fabulous. 5 adults and kiddies 6 and 9. Such a vast choice of lovely food and yes, the hot food was hot!! The staff could not do enough for us snd are so friendly. The drinks were very good too. The only downside was where the staff at the water slides were disrespected by the idiots who thought it fun to cause trouble for the little ones, as their parents just totally could not give a damn. Not the hotels fault but something needs to change in that area. Overall would recommend this great hotel

This is my 3rd year of going to prime beach hotel we asked for sea view when we came and was upgraded nxt day. The hotel is fantastic staff very friendly. The hotel is so clean we were in room 4404 our cleaner was super our room was always done to perfection. We didn't have great weather this year but it didn't put us off our holiday. I absolutaly love this hotel we try to get the same room if we can the views are spectacular. I 100% say try this hotel out you won't be disappointed The food is in abundance from the restaurant to the snack bar the al a carte restaurant was closed so never got to try it All I can say is FANTASTIC from Joyce and Steven Pringle

Room - Clean and tidy. Small TV, offering a choice of chanels with no USB point, kettle facilities. Small bathroom, shower temperature fluctuates and you can hear when the next room is using water and talking. Only one bedroom cabinet in room as beds were pushed together to make a double, but it was a very comfy bed. You can not upgrade rooms here, as we were advised that they were all a standard size with same layout. Food - Great and tasty food with wide selection offering multiple eating areas. The breakfast omelette station is in the snack restaurant. The patisserie offers an amazing selection of tasty treats and a lovely coffee bar. The hotel can be busy so be prepared to queue. Hotel - Multiple seating areas, both in and around the hotel. Each area is decorated and styled differently. Sunbeds are the most comfy I have ever experienced and fitted with a pillow for extra comfort around pool, grassed and beach areas. Large pool area for children with a slide area, so popular with families. External fire exit doors are chained open on Block 2 so you will hear the extremely loud entertainment from the neighbouring hotel until it finishes about 23:30. You can contact the hotel with specific requirements such as quiet room or set location, but was advised rooms are allocated on arrival and subject to availability. Entertainment - Different daily choice of options. Evening starts from 21:00 which is for the children, Bingo at 21:30 which is followed by the staged event for that night. Wifi in all areas of the hotel. Lovely views overlooking the ocean. Overall a lovely hotel, but would class it as a 4*

Beautiful hotel, so much to like! The staff are lovely and can’t do enough for you. The beach is glorious and we had a cabana which we ended up getting for free due to an unexpected room change. This was well worth having as you had champagne and fruit every day and a place to shelter. However Russian people kept trying to demand it was theirs so most days we had to get security to remove them! So that was a bit annoying! They need to say reserved and rope them off better. Pools nice but we didn’t spend much time around them as preferred the beach. Food is great, really well presented and cooked well and it caters for everyone. Drinks good and easy to get served (little tip go to the bar next to the coffee shop for a speedy drink it’s much quicker). There is a great coffee shop where you can get some really nice coffees and we preferred to sit there in the evenings before going to dinner as a bit quieter. One problem we found was that people arrived really early in the mornings due to late flight times and just wernt respectful being quiet coming into their hotel rooms (3am wake ups most days with kids screaming and banging of doors and cases!) it’s a shame. Also there is a nightclub on site which does seem to cause a bit of bother with drunk people in the early hours. I think if your a heavy sleeper your ok but for me I struggled with the noise a bit. A great selection of water sports available just along the road, we did parasailing and it was only £70 with a speedboat ride included. It felt very safe and smart boats/equipment. Shops out the front were great, nice and reasonable and there is also a shop on site which sold all essentials needed. Overall a really nice holiday enjoyed by our family, just the quality of people in it let it down.

I stayed at Prime Beach and had a really good experience overall. The place was very clean and well looked after, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The food was okay (I’m quite a fussy eater), but there were plenty of choices so you definitely won’t go hungry. Also you have furry little friends roaming about which I loved !! The entertainment was good too, though it could be a little bit better. Overall, a nice place to relax and enjoy your holiday!

I stayed here from just over a week. The hotel is beautiful very nice and cleaned to a high standard. The room i was in cleaned every day. The only thing I would have liked was blankets on bed just a sheet. It was very cold in the room at night. I did not get the sea facing view room that I booked, I had a room over looking restaurant Night time entertainment not good here, low quality. This hotel is more suited to families and couples. Not solo travellers. I had my hair done in the hotel hairdressers. My hair was frizzy and brassy blonde. Tge hairdresser gave me a treatment called hair botox and coloured my hair for me. This totally transformed my hair I was so pleased. Thankyou to the hotel hairdressers the best.

2nd visit to Prime beach this year! Have been coming here for the last 2years twice a year! What more can I say,Prime beach has the best part of the beach the most comfortable sun beds ever! The most attentive staff, friendly & always smiling even when sometimes it appears their short staffed. All the staff in the Pattiserie & Restaurant are amazing. The reception staff are always helpful, first room wasn't great but soon it was sorted. We surprised our son & partner who was celebrating her birthday there this year. Their very 1st visit.The staff in restaurant were great we presented them with a cake & candles, they gathered their colleagues up to present the cake & sing. It was fantastic as she had no idea we were there until after the singing finished. There's so many activities to do if you wish or just chill out in a cabana or on sunbeds. The biggest surprise of our holiday was our daughter & her family surprising us!! So this time it really was Fantastic. Will see you all next year.xx
