Prime Beach Hotel

Excellent service from reception to waiting, entertainment and facilities. Extremely efficient, clean and friendly. Nothing was too much bother. Any issues were dealt with on the spot. Couldn't praise all the staff highly enough. Beautiful location, stunning views. Recommend highly.

Definitely not 5 star, but hotel is ok, more like a 3+ star!. Hotel: Friendly and clean. Room: Ok, clean and useable, although a little tired and outdated. Food: Ok, more canteen than restaurant, have to lift a lot of lids to see what it is! Plenty of variety. Pool: nice and clean but cold. Beach area: lovely with great views. Marmaris: Lovely, harbour is great, restaurants are cracking and plenty of walks. Not so good. - Smoking! Everyone smokes and smokes everywhere. You cannot get away from it. Smoking on all balconies, nice to wake up to! - Used to/ dirty nappie thrown from a balcony and left on the floor. - Pool! Get up early and join the queue for the sun beds. Then a mad dash for your bed, never seen anything like it! Beds are crammed in so enjoying contact with your neighbour! - Kids! A few feral kids and plenty of unruly kids, was hoping for near zero kids given time of year! - Not many adhered to the rules, particularly in the restaurant areas. I personally wouldn’t come back to this hotel..

We absolutely loved our stay at Prime Beach Hotel and it truly made our holiday special. From the moment we arrived the reception area made such a great impression. It’s bright, welcoming, has plenty of comfortable seating areas and even smells amazing. The reception staff were so friendly and helpful and we felt looked after from start to finish. The entertainment was brilliant every day and the entertainment staff were full of energy and made the holiday so much fun. The bar was great with a lovely atmosphere and the food was good with a huge variety to choose from each day. The pool area was spotless and really well maintained and the beach was beautiful too. The rooms were okay but very clean which is the main thing for us. We went to the spa twice during the week we stayed and it was so relaxing both times 10/10. There’s also a hairdresser on site which I used twice and they were excellent. Even though the weather wasn’t perfect while we were there, we still had the best time because the hotel is just that good. We would go back to Prime Beach Hotel in a heartbeat and can’t recommend it enough. Can’t wait to return.

Absolutely the best Hotel ,the only downside is ...rooms are small...but that's it ,the food..amazing ..the choice amazing, the selection of foods amazing ,the people,staff spa ..amazing ,the beach front amazing ,cleanliness..spot on defo 5☆. If you want a hotel with everything in it including location Prime beach hotel has it.

Just home from a week at prime beach, we arrived early hours of the morning overall first opinion upon entering the hotel was amazing and beautiful very friendly staff even gave us a free upgrade, taken to our room by the bell boy shown the food area on the way and told how to use the air con. Day one we decided to have food around the hotel which was nice and appeared to have a lot of selection in both the main eating area and the snack bar, little did we realise that every day after that was basically the same options for meals breakfast lunch and tea never a variety of different dishes, also we noticed by a day or so in that it was like a mad dash to the food areas as soon as they opened people pushing and shoving past to get what they wanted, also if you miss breakfast finishing at 10am there was nothing else to eat in the hotel till the snack bar opened at 12.30. One night we went into the main dining room around 8.30 for something to eat, my partner was told at 8.50 to eat up as he only had 10 minutes till he would be asked to leave evening thought they state evening service is till 9pm. There is only 1 pool bar which a lot of the time only had 1 bar tender on and for the sheer amount of people in the hotel we found very poor. The pool is extremely small for the size of the hotel and the beds are sandwiched together with no space between them to get on or off this put us right off and we didn’t spend anytime at the pool. Good points however most of the staff were very friendly and helpful, the maids were in our room every day, we were upgrade to a sea view room free of charge which had spectacular views. The beach was also lovely a lot more relaxing than around the pool and there was space to move without feeling like you were on top of someone else. Day we came home we asked to keep 1 of the 2 rooms we were in as wernt due to fly till 23.20 we paid €50 to keep it till 6pm but we had the maid knock on the door at 5.45 reminding us we had to be out by 6pm and she stood outside the door till we left the room which I though was very rude considering we had paid to keep the room. All in all would I re-visit this hotel I very much doubt it as it reminds us of the TV show Benidorm but everyone has their own opinions

We arrived around 11pm, check in was quick and easy. Our room was small, but adequate for two people, bed is small mattress comfortable but base broken. Room needs updating, only two plug sockets in the room which isn’t enough. Also shaving socket hanging off the wall in bathroom. Lightning is very poor. Room was very dusty and remained dusty even tho cleaned everyday. we’ve had the same hand print on the mirror in bedroom since we arrived. Mini bar is supposed to be replenished with two bottles of water twice a week, but didn’t happen also tea and coffee tray wasn’t replenished either during our stay. Yes we could get these ourselves but our room was far away from the areas that provided this. The walls are extremely thin, you can hear people in rooms either side and opposite as if they’re in your room. Couldn’t use the safe as it was locked on arrival and reception said they’d send someone to look at it but never did. Hotel its self is massive but cleanliness isn’t great, you get up in the morning and tables are dirty and sticky from the night before. Not enough bar staff or bar area, dread to think what it’s like to get served in peak season. However bar staff are friendly and very helpful. We wouldn’t return but in all honesty we don’t go back to the same hotel. We like to try new places. Pool area is a nightmare the beds are squeezed in very closely with no space between them, there are not enough beds for the amount of people in the hotel. Also lots of guests reserving sun beds and disappearing all day. 99% of sun beds are taken by 8am but only 40% are actually used the whole day with the rest being used from 3pm onwards. Also there is lots of shade at pool area for most of the day. Hotel doesn’t fumigate the pool area is covered in red ants and little black bugs that like to bite. And pool area is often messy with fag butts and straws under the beds. The Buddha’s spa is amazing prob best part of our stay, very reasonably priced we had two treatments one at beginning and one on our last day. Also they ain’t pushy if you’re not interested. The food is typical all inclusive, very repetitive and often cold. The waiting staff were hit and miss in main restaurant, trying to get a drink at lunch and dinner could take ages but we found if you sat down the far end of restaurant near lobby service was better. We ate out and highly recommend Viking beach restaurant and golden river steak house. Also if you fancy a cooked breakfast try pop in steak house, we ate there the morning of checking out. I agree with the other reviews this hotel may appear to look 5* but would say it’s more 3. The hotel needs a major refurb there are many parts of hotel that are broken or untidy and understand it’s coming to the end of the season but many of the small things could be dealt with. The longer you’re stay the more things you find wrong with it.

Been to this hotel last 2 years so I was expecting the same standard as last year but what a difference. First of all the room dirty dust everywhere and floor could do with a good scrub. The fridge wasn't replenished daily in fact it wasn't replenished over the 10 days were there. The food was repetitive but more disappointed was it was cold. This is supposed to be 5 star I've been in better 3 star the only thing going for this hotel is the location

Stayed here in September booked two rooms on arrival we were told we could not have two rooms until the following morning we were not happy about this but following morning went to reception two rooms was ready so our holiday finnaly begun. With this happening they did give us a free late check out on one room only and free champagne and fruit platter delivered to both rooms. The hotel was beautiful and clean couldn't fault it drinks were fine entertainment dull boring food was fine snack bar was brilliant. Wouldn't stay here again but had a great holiday out with the hotel

Just returned from an amazing week at Prime Beach Hotel, and we had a fantastic time! From start to finish, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning. The staff were incredibly friendly and even surprised us with a free room upgrade, which was a lovely touch. Our room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was a great variety of food on offer, and one of the highlights for me was the jacket potato stand—such a delicious treat! One thing to note is that drinks are served in plastic cups, so if you’re particular about your drinking vessels, it’s worth bringing your own cups or Stanley bottles, or you can pick up some from the shop on-site. The location is unbeatable—right on the beach with stunning views and plenty of shops nearby for anything you might need. If you’re looking for a relaxing getaway with excellent service and a prime location, Prime Beach Hotel is the perfect choice.

We have just returned from a three week jolly at the Prime Beach. Loved every minute. Initially the room we were allocated “ partial sea view” wasn’t ideal and the reception staff were so helpful and we were moved to a much nicer room which we could not fault. Location is perfect with walkways into the marina in Marmaris and Icmeler ideal for us walkers. The scenery is breathtaking. Excellent selection of food in the restaurants and the selection of cakes and pastries in the afternoon in the patisserie is just fantastic with a lovely cup of coffee or tea. Lastly I have to mention the friendliness of the staff. From the lady that kept our room clean, the staff who keep the floors sparkling, reception staff and all the waiting staff, thank you all for all the smiles and greetings. A big thank you to our main waiter In the restaurant Aziz you were amazing. Zeynap in the patisserie such a lovely young lady and lastly Husnu from the entertainment team wishing you all the very best with all your studies. Thank you all so very much for making our holiday at the Prime Beach so memorable 😊😊
