Wir hatten am letzten Abend und Morgen kein Strom im Zimmer und das Problem wurde nicht gelöst. Im Restaurant war das Personal beim Frühstück unfreundlich. Das tragen unserer Koffer wurden, weder beim Eintrefen noch beim Verlassen geholfen.

The hotel gives a very good impression, with a nice hall and restaurant area, and the staff is very friendly. The view of the bay is great and the room offers everything you need (including tea and coffee). The breakfast offers a broad selection (but rather medium quality). Also, the tram into the town center is close by.

Unfortunately we experienced a lot of noise: On the one hand the windows are double-glazed but the cars from the 6-lane street are audible throughout the night. On the other hand, there was an event until midnight right under our room (3rd floor) in the restaurant including moving tables back to their place until 1am. Further, we could hear air condition from the restaurant below as a low generator noise from around 7am on. While having events is understandable (and rare according to the manager), the hotel has not appropriately dealt with this (e.g. offer a room to the backside but not even a refund for the downgrade).

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable in terms of layout.

The air conditioning/heating couldn’t be adjusted, and all rooms were set to heating mode. The only alternative was to turn it off completely, which made the room too hot, and opening the window brought in a lot of car noise. Staff said the manager would call to help, but I never received a follow-up. I also asked for something small for breakfast before 7:30, but no one got back to me. The lack of responsiveness and poor sleep made my stay disappointing. The location was also a bit far from shops and restaurants and felt more residential.
