На парковку невозможно заехать чтобы заехать на парковку моя девушка которая находилась в отеле пыталась пообщаться с персоналом на английском и объяснить что я хочу заехать и стою у шлагбаума они не поняли её и попросили проживающего гостя перевести с английского на Турецкий по итогу мне открыл другой гость который заезжал на парковку и когда я проехал они не могли понять что я от них хочу когда я не понимал куда мне запарковаться после они попросили у меня какой-то талон которого мне никто не выдал и не объяснил что его нужно где-то получать я не увидел ни одного автомата где можно получить какой-то талон

Карты не открывают номер мы просили горничную открыть номер два раза поскольку мы не могли попасть туда. Я упускаю то что в завтраке нет мяса поскольку по-турецки традициям действительно не завтракают преимущественно овощами но я не увидел ни одного сотрудника ресторана у которого я мог бы сделать заказ на какое-то блюдо из меню при этом я хотел съесть хотя бы йогурт но для йогурта не нашлось глубокой тарелки были только большие плоские тарелки и нет сотрудника у которого можно попросить тарелку организация завтрака возложена на посетителей и сотрудников я увидел только уборщика который убирал столы

Überaus empfehlenswertes Hotel mit sehr engagiertem und freundlichem Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück mit tollem Ausblick und sehr sauber. Mit der nahe gelegenen Straßenbahnstation hat man eine gute Verbindung zu allen öffentlichen Fahrdiensten und die Möglichkeit, die Stadt in alle Richtungen zu erkunden.

Überaus mangelhaftes WLAN!! (Ständiger Ausfall) Für die Qualität dieses Hotels leider ein No-Go!! Die Matratze in unserem Standard Zimmer (3. Stock) war ein wenig durchgelegen! (mal auswechseln)

Breakfast is good - all the same every day, but doesn't get boring. Rooms are clean and spacious, just like on the photos, clean towels, refillable bottles of shampoo, conditioner, gel and soap. Nice view, good location, tram line is close, a couple small grocery stores around. Most of the staff is very nice and friendly and helpful. Gave me a late check-out at 13:30. There is a luggage room. Their restaurant is a bit overpriced but delicious.

The hotel claims to be NON smoking and in reality it is a SMOKING HOTEL. And the staff is aware of the situation and doesn't do anything about it except saying "don't smoke please". All smoke from other irresponsible guests comes from windows and ventilation and canalization and you can't escape. Although the window could be closed and the AC could be turned on not to suffer from heat but the hotel set the AC for heating even though it is 27' outside and even hotter inside. They still consider it a winter and don't change the ac settings. So you either suffer from smoke or from heat. We lived in 3 different rooms trying to escape the smoke. We were offered an upgrade to luxe room, which I didn't understand as it still would have a smoke smell inside. This hotel other disadvantages but the main one is that they don't follow their own rules. Poisoning guests with smoke is ok for them. Turning the ac to cool mode is not ok. I had to ask for Booking help, as the hotel staff was useless there. We chose this hotel because of its great reviews and a non-smoking rules, as I know people in Turkey are huge smokers. Seems like every good review was based on guest's luck or guest being a smoker too. You better have earplugs there, as it is very noisy on both sea side and street side and a sleeping mask as the flashing light from the smoke detector can blind you at night. The wi-fi is not good. We tried two different ones and still had to buy a sim card.

kahvaltı ortalama düzeydeydi sıcak grubu ve boyoz-simit grubu kısıtlıydı bir de geç inerseniz biten ürünler yeniden koyulmamaktadır. odalardaki yangın dedektörleri yatağın üzerinde olduğu için ışık hassasiyeti olanlar için zor olabilir çünkü aktif olduğu için sürekli ısık vermektedir.
