"Hospitalité pas la hauteur d'un Ryokan"

Prix peu élevés pour un établissement de type Ryokan en demi pension. Futon confortables.

J'ai séjourné dans de nombreux Ryokan notamment de cette chaîne et je dois dire que j'ai été déçue par celui-ci. Le buffet n'est vraiment pas à la hauteur aussi bien sur la qualité de la nourriture, que sur le manque d'hospitalité du personnel qui faisait le service à ce moment-là. La nourriture du buffet commence à être enlevée avant l'heure de fin du service. On ne nous a pas prévenu des dernières commandes. Résultats : nous n'avons pas pu finir notre repas. J'ai demandé si je pouvais prendre un dessert car ceux-ci étaient encore disponibles au buffet. Le personnel m'a répondu par la négative, aucun geste ni sympathie de leur part. Chambre correcte, sans plus. Idem pour les bains (qui sont très chauds mais ce n'est pas la faute de l'établissement).

Close to the station, room was a good size. Good buffet, both for breakfast and dinner. Public bath was clean and spacious.

Outdoor public bath had no views, but that probably had more to do with privacy as screens were erected to block view into bath area from adjacent hotels.
