"Great staff but maybe look around for the price"

Loved having the space, the washing machine (very useful with kids) and the staff were absolutely amazing.

They only had twin beds. There was no access to fresh air and you couldnโ€™t even look out the windows as they were frosted and bolted shut so it was musty and the room was dark. For what I paid I got a suite in a 5 star hotel in Tokyo with breakfast included that was almost as big and had access to a lounge with free food and drinks. Nothing was included in this place. I even got charged 50,000 yen for an extra 2 hours late check out.

It was spotlessly clean, great size apartment for a family. Location was great, it was quiet at night, we slept really well. The staff were wonderful and helpful.

The only thing I would have liked was to be able to open the windows. Other than that we were really happy and loved our stay.

Everything was excellent. Great central location. Rooms were very large and very clean. Staff exceptionally helpful. Free beer, sake, juices in reception.
