Best hotel we’ve stayed in Japan. It has a large, beautifully appointed room, comfortable bed and was very clean. The location was perfect for seeing all the main sites. Staff were super helpful and attentive. I loved the breakfast most of all and meeting other travellers. The spa and sauna experience on the roof was private and reenergising.

The onsite washing machine took longer to dry our clothes than expected.
