"Heel fijn boutique hotel, hoge kwaliteit op toplocatie."

De kamers zijn zeer ruim en zeer comfortabel. Alles is zeer goed verzorgd, bedden prettig en goede badkamer. De kamers hebben een fijne zithoek en zijn stil. Lieve mensen

Het ontbijt was verhoudingsgewijs wat minder.

"Lovely and peaceful."

Lovely boutique hotel near train lines. Rooms had all amenities and lovely soaking baths.

Laundry service requires logging on to outside vendor - that is not really a big deal but different from other hotels.

"Minimalist style and large rooms in perfect location central for all sights."

Spacious room, hotel’s modern designer minimalist look, small touches in bedroom like chargers, Sonos and good quality tea and snacks, well designed bathroom. Perfect location, walkable to all main sights of Kanazawa .

Overall a great stay but some details need attention. Little natural light in the bedroom and very dim lighting - they should fit dimmers in the seating area. Also bed platform is a bit of a hazard when going to the bathroom at night as you forget the step down is there. I almost fell twice. Breakfast choice limited and most western people would prefer fruit to a salad with onion at breakfast!

It was clean and tidy and so well appointed. The smells and aromas in the room were beautiful.

It didn’t have a bar or restaurant that catered for different time requirements.

Loved this hotel! The room was massive - much larger than expected and filled with a free mini bar, large bed, comfy seats and a great bath. The hotel was exceptionally clean, in a perfect location to visit the gardens and had a nice onsen on the roof. Highly recommend. The staff were also very accommodating of my partner’s nut allergy at breakfast.

Everything was great! No complaints!

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff

Very happy to cater vegan for me for breakfast but turned out to be plain rice or plain toast. The regular versions of the breakfast looked good though.
